Hiring Agency has awarded 12 employers during the forum "Employer of the year 2016". The ceremony was held in Sofia for 13th consecutive year. This year 12 prices were given, by the Minister of Labor and Social Politics- Zornitsa Rusinova, deputy- minister of Labor and Social Politics Ivaylo Ivanov, the chairman of Labor Commission, social and demographic politics at the National Parliament Hasan Ademov and the chief director of Employement Agency Dragomir Nikolov, annouced the Employment Agency.

This year the most distinguished partners of the Employment Agency from all over the country were classified in 2 categories: Employers with essential contribution to the national labor market; Employers with essential contribution for ensuring employment of unemployed people on the regional labor market. 

Three emplpoyers are distinguished in the first category. Among them is Sensata Technologies Bulgaria EOOD. The company produces sensors, control system and automotive electronics in Sofia, Botevgrad and Plovdiv. The agency nominated the Plovdiv plant where almost 200 vacancies are opened and long term employment to 122 unemployed people from Plovdiv and Pazardzhik districts is ensured. Major part of the operators are from small and economically inactive settlements. The employer ensures salary, higher than the average for the region, trainings possibility for career development, free company transport and many other social benefits.
