Bulgaria demonstrates better results than the average for EU in regards to coverage of waveband internet in urban zones. The networks which can provide at least 30 Mbps (NGA) cover more than 72% of Bulgarian households which is 1% better than the average for EU. FTTH (Fiber to the home) and FTTO (fiber to the office) are widely supported by local providers

The prices range from 18 EUR for 100 Mbps connection for households up to 190EUR for 1Gbps for guaranteed business connectivity.

The prices for network design, construction and maintenance of infrastructure are much lower than the ones in other European countries.
