Europeand funds in Bulgaria create good preconditions for stimulating growth and investments in technological equipment, innovations, human resources etc. 

Some of the programs supporting those are:

- Operational Program "Innovations and competitiveness" working on 3 main axes: "Innovation, entrepreneurship and growth potential", "Еnergy and resource efficiency" and "Technical support". Total budget of the program is 1,39 billion euro.

- Operational Program "Human resource development". Potential beneficents of the program are employers and clusters. Budget- 1,09 billion euro.
