Microac EOOD- Botevgrad is founded in 1993.

The company is listed in the Trade register under  № 491, т. IХ, стр. 104., по ф.д. №126/1993г. from Sofia District Court as a Sole Proprietorship ODO as the company MICROAC with a ID numer 2293001261 with headquarters and managerial address in the Botevgrad with scope of operations: production and trade of connectors applicable in automotive industry, TV and audio technics, as well as special instrument and technological equipment, semi-builds and others.

In 1993 the company starts it activity with production of special instrument and technological equipment- injectors and stamps.

In 1994 it started producing connectors and contacts for household application. Out 5 types of products in the beginning, for 20 years it has already a portfolio of 80 different products in 2017.

Since the beginning the company is solely export oriented, which insists on having high quality requirements and with the time Microac EOOD is one of the three biggest connector producers in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2008 the company becomes a supplier for automotive industry. The first implemented projects are for Mercedes, BMW Group and FORD Motor Company.

The increased quality requirements impose reorganization of some of the processes and the way of production. Since April 2001 the company is certified according to ISO 9002:1994 and since October 2009- ISO/TS 16949
