Industrial and technological zone “Botevgrad” is one of the leading industrial centers in Western Bulgaria. A large number of companies is located here, operating in various business areas like electronics, machine building, metal processing, production of components for sawing industry, wood processing, food industry etc.

Companies from USA, Germany, Austria, Italy, Russia, Bulgaria and other countries successfully operate on the territory of the zone. Overall production area reaches 30 000 m² (for reference look “Investors”).

The zone comprises of 13 settlements with total population of 31 000 people (total number with neighboring municipalities is 148 000 people) with a beautiful and tranquil center in Botevgrad town. Along with favorable location, professional labor force, educational facilities and caring local administration, investors in the zone receive a great correlation between expenses, quality of the work force and balance between work and free time.
